Please Note: SBB's Keller office is moving to a new location Thursday and Friday, September 1st and 2nd. The street address is the same (1670 Keller Parkway, Keller, Texas 76248); but SBB will be located in Suite 170 instead of Suite 110. Response to email and phone calls will be limited on September 1st and 2nd. SBB will close at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 2nd for the Labor Day Holiday. We will resume normal business hours and operations on Tuesday, September 6th. In the event of an emergency during business hours on Thursday and Friday, please call SBB's main office at 972-960-2800. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this move!

Bulk collections have been delayed in areas with Week 2 and Week 3 collections.
As a result of last week’s swift-moving storm - and a higher-than-normal volume of debris - the city is delayed in collecting bulk waste for those residents whose scheduled pick-up is the week of the 2nd Monday of the month. Those with collections scheduled for the week of the 3rd Monday will also be affected.
